I recognize the usefulness of anonymous tip lines, but that doesn't make it any less disturbing to see this painted across the back bumper of a police car:
NO ONE WILL ASK YOUR NAME.
Creepy.

Holy Schmidt, that IS creepy.
I have to give mad props to the juvenile delinquent who took on a local police department in a state that rhymes with Billinois by removing the leading "C" from a Click It Or Ticket sticker on the back of the car... I almost crashed into the cop from spontaneous, intense laughter...Different kind of creepy if you asked me...
