I Think I May Have Been Chinese In A Former Life
And I still want to quit my job.
That is all.

Comments:
Is it just because I spent my day at a three year old's birthday party that I can clearly see the connection between these two thoughts?

Hang in there WT! I'm sure even on your worst day you are an amazing teacher.

what a coincidence! i AM chinese! ...partly.
just think of it this way...how would you feel right now if you were still plodding along your old career track? i though that would make you feel better. ;)

Good point, Hapabukbuk. When times get tough, WT, think back to getting lunch for nine million people at Comedy Central or warming the chairs at Broadway Video...

I think I was in a coma in my former life as I am very unmotivated and lazy in this one.

And yes, I want to quit my job also.

teach abroad. all of the joys of teaching, very few of the frustrations.

JAG: I'm glad you can see the connection, because I'm not sure I can. Yet they seemed oddly connected in my mind.

TenS: That is kind of you to say. I am trying to hang, I really am.

HB: Some days I pine for an office I can leave and cubicle walls I can hide behind. Is that sick?

JAG: I am really touched that you remember the name of my first job...

SS: Thanks for the commiseration... it helps.

Lu: Damn you!!!
